香料鸡肉饭卷
材料
"鸡胸肉 1付","白米饭 1碗","洋葱 1/4颗","杏鲍菇 1朵","三色豆 1/3杯","蒜末 3颗","豆瓣酱 1匙","黄姜粉 1匙","酱油 1匙","酒 1匙","糖 1匙","柠檬汁 1小匙","咖哩粉 1匙","黄姜粉 1/2匙","鸡粉 1小匙","奶油 1小块",
做法

1:备妥所需食材,一付鸡胸肉分成两片,每片鸡胸肉再用刀子片开成蝴蝶刀,用肉槌稍为拍打一下~

2:取一容器,放入鸡肉与所需醃肉料醃渍30分钟,备用~

3:将洋葱与杏鲍菇切成小粒~

4:起油锅,将洋葱炒至透明,加入咖哩粉.黄姜粉炒出香气后,再加入杏鲍菇.三色豆拌炒~

5:最后加入白米饭.奶油.鸡粉调味即可起锅~

6:取一片锡箔纸,将醃好的鸡胸肉铺平,放上炒饭,卷成圆筒状,用锡箔纸包成糖果状~

7:将烤箱预热5分钟,用上下火180度,烤约15分钟,即可完成鸡肉卷~
