姜汁肉片
材料
"姜末 半条","猪肉片(火锅肉片也行) 看个人","糖 一小匙","酱油 一大匙","米酒 一小匙","太白粉 一小匙","水 1/3","肉片 看个人","米酒 一小匙","酱油 一匙","糖 1/3","太白粉 1/3",
做法

1:先加入一点油待锅热,放入姜末,炒香,下肉片,把肉片炒熟后,加酱油与水,还有糖去调味,稍微煮个两分钟(不时翻动锅子以免烧焦)加入太白粉水勾芡,稠度看自己喜欢去调配,即可上桌!(想要酸酸甜甜又咸咸,可以在加入太白粉水前加入一点白醋)
