材料
"蕃茄锅高汤 1包","水 1500cc","嫩豆腐 2块","去骨鸡胸肉 一付","芹菜 6支","葱白 6支","姜末 2小片","高丽菜1/4 颗","宽冬粉 4小把","白胡椒粉 1小匙","盐 1/4小匙","米酒 1小匙",
做法

1:备材料,鸡胸肉切小切,放入调味料及姜末醃10min备用豆腐切丁,高丽菜洗净切丁,芹菜去叶洗净切珠,葱取葱白切珠

2:冬粉泡水

3:锅中倒入可果美蕃茄高汤及水煮滚

4:待锅中可果美煮滚后加入醃好的鸡胸肉及豆腐

5:再放入泡软的宽冬粉

6:鸡胸肉变白表示熟了,熄火放入芹菜及葱白
