BBQ烤猪肋排
材料
"猪肋排 700g","蒜头 4瓣","洋葱 1/4颗","迷迭香(Rosemary) 1匙","百里香(Thyme) 1匙","五香粉 1匙","甜椒粉(Paprika) 2匙","辣椒粉 1匙","黑胡椒粉 1匙","糖 2匙","盐巴 1小匙","蜂蜜 3大匙","番茄酱(Ketchup) 2大匙","便宜的巴萨米克醋 2大匙","白酒 1大匙",
做法

1:干醃料组混合均匀

2:猪肋排均匀抹上干醃料,每面都要沾到,静置

3:静置时切洋葱粒、蒜头拍碎,放入猪肋排里一起醃

4:调好湿醃料倒入猪肋排里,盖上盖子shake shake,猪肋排都有沾到湿醃料,放进冰箱冷藏一晚

5:取出醃好的肉,剩余的醃汁小火煮滚,放旁边备用

6:很热的锅,下肋排煎,2分钟后翻面煎2分钟

7:转微小火,刷上刚刚煮的酱汁,盖锅盖煮5分钟翻面再刷酱汁,再盖锅盖煮5分钟,重复4-5次

8:煮到酱呈现焦黑即完成

9:煮好的肋排里面鲜嫩多汁!
