黄咖哩炒鲜虾
材料
"草虾 6只","洋葱 1/4个","青椒/红椒/黄椒 少许","葱 半支","中芹 半支","蛋 1颗","椰浆 半罐","三花奶水(鲜奶) 1/4罐","姜黄粉 适量","咖哩粉 适量","太白粉 适量","味露 适量","金山酱油(一般酱油) 适量","蚝油 适量","糖 适量","鸡粉 适量"
做法

1:草虾去壳开背取沙精备用,洋葱、青红黄椒、葱、中芹切丁备用

2:热锅放油,炒香洋葱至金黄色,将虾煎至8分熟后取出备用

3:加入葱、中芹拌炒,倒入椰浆、奶水、姜黄粉、咖哩粉混合

4:加入调味料及虾拌炒(如太稀以太白粉勾芡)

5:鸡蛋打散加入拌匀,立刻起锅,就完成囉!
