酥皮浓汤
材料
"奶油 30g","蒜头 3颗","红萝卜 少许","洋葱 1/3颗","火腿 1片","玉米粒 适量","水 100cc","面粉 25g","水 500cc","鲜奶油 150g","柴鱼粉 1T","盐 少许","胡椒粉 少许","蛋黄 半颗","酥皮 2片"
做法

1:红萝卜 洋葱 火腿 切细丁备用奶油+沙拉油+蒜先下锅炒香再下 红萝卜 洋葱 火腿 炒熟 再下玉米粒

2:先加入100cc的水

3:再加入面粉炒匀

4:再加入另外500cc的水煮滚

5:加入鲜奶油+柴鱼粉+胡椒粉+盐调味

6:装入焗烤容器再放上起酥片 刷上蛋黄液

7:250度c 烤约10分钟 起酥膨起即可
