"大黄瓜 1条","绞肉150 g","红萝卜 适量","香菇 适量","木耳 适量","蒜头 少许","葱 少许","柴鱼片 少许","面粉(代替太白粉) 少许","酱油 适量","盐 少许","胡椒粉 少许",

1:备好所需材料

2:大黄瓜去皮,切块(约3公分),去籽

3:绞肉再剁碎,香菇、木耳、红萝卜、蒜头、葱切碎或切小丁,拌入醃料,抓捏出黏性,再冰约30分入味

4: 大黄瓜内缘可抹一层薄薄的面粉(避免肉与大黄瓜脱离),大黄瓜填入内馅,入电锅蒸熟,摆盘再将蒸出的汤汁淋入上层,洒上少许柴鱼片即可
