"鸡翅 1","胡椒粉 1","蚝油 1","酱油 1","香油 1"
1:买好的鸡肉洗净,直接丢入闷烧锅煮,加入蠔油与胡椒粉(卤包或香油也可以,或再加点酱油跟醋)
2:刚煮好的鸡翅先放置闷烧锅约一小时(入味),即可开煲食用
