黄金烤芦笋
材料
"芦笋 1小把","鸡蛋 1颗","面粉 1大匙","牛奶 1/2杯","白醋 1/2大匙","早餐抹酱 33g","蒜泥 1瓣","特级初榨橄榄油 1茶匙","柠檬汁 1茶匙","海盐 少许","面包粉 1/2杯","蒜粉/洋葱粉(可省略) 1/4茶匙","特级初榨橄榄油 1茶匙","帕马森起司粉 1/8杯","辣椒粉(可省略) 1/4茶匙","胡椒粉 1/4茶匙","海盐 1/4茶匙",
做法

1:准备好所有材料,芦笋要充分洗干净,擦干!烤箱预热175~180度

2:把所有柠檬蒜泥美奶滋的材料混合,冷藏

3:芦笋面皮所有材料混合均匀

4:依序混合牛奶、醋、等待5分钟、之后再加入鸡蛋、面粉

5:芦笋粿上上述步骤混合鸡蛋牛奶液

6:然后再粿上芦笋面皮

7:放入烤箱175度烤16~18分钟,直到金黄色为止, 淋上柠檬蒜泥沙拉酱
