家常卤肉控豆腐
材料
"五花肉 470G","豆腐 320G","油豆腐 100G","生姜 一小块","蒜头 3瓣","八角 2粒","肉桂 2片","干辣椒 5根","水 3杯","酱油 5大匙","米酒 1大匙","糖 0.5大匙",
做法

1:准备好食材

2:电锅铺烘焙纸加一匙油按下开关,先放香料1炒一会再放香料2

3:炒出香味后放五花肉煎至两面微焦

4:取出与调味拌匀,外锅加1杯水至开关跳起闷20分

5:再放豆腐与油豆腐用一杯水炖煮至跳起闷20分就完成了!
