"咖哩炒酱 1大匙","去骨鸡腿肉 1片","鸿喜菇 1包","豆芽菜 10元","青椒 1颗","红萝卜 1/2条","黑木耳 1片","青葱 1根","蒜头 2瓣","辣椒 2支","乌醋 1大匙","香油 少许","咖哩炒酱 1大匙","酱油 1小匙","米酒 1大匙","全蛋液 少许","太白粉 1大匙",
做法

1:鸡腿肉切小块加入醃料抓匀

2:备料~青椒.红萝卜.辣椒.黑木耳都切细丝 青葱.蒜头切末

3:鸡肉 油泡的方式半熟成 备用

4:热锅1大匙油爆香蒜末.葱末

5:加入红萝卜丝.鸿喜菇.黒木耳.拌炒

6:鸡肉进来 加咖哩炒酱

7:最后加豆芽菜.青椒丝.辣椒丝

8:起锅前加乌醋.香油.少许盐巴就好了
