"冷藏牛腩 1200g","红萝卜 2条","白萝卜 1条","洋葱 1颗","青葱 2支","蒜头 4颗","姜片 2片","蕃茄 1颗","酱油 4匙","蚝油 4匙","米酒 半碗","八角 1粒","豆瓣酱 2匙","冰糖 1匙","水 盖过食材"

1:冷藏牛腩

2:将牛腩放入滚水川烫去血水

3:切成小块

4:蔬菜清洗切块

5:姜片和蒜头先爆香

6:再将蔬菜放入炒锅炒香

7:牛腩稍微炒过再与蔬菜一起放入快锅中

8:将调味料倒入快锅并加水至盖过食材即可盖锅烹煮

9:炖煮两次成果(红萝卜白萝卜牛腩皆入味)

10:煮好如果要用成烩饭,请另外准备炒锅将放入要吃的牛腩份量,然后加太白粉水勾芡煮滚即可上桌。小叮咛:太白粉水慢慢加不要一次加太多哦。
