亚洲风午餐
材料
"洋葱切丁 1/2颗","胡萝卜切丁 1/4条","牛脂切丁 50克","蛋 1颗","白饭 1碗","葱花 适量","酱油 1小匙","胡椒 适量","盐 适量","板豆腐切丁 1/4块","海带芽 3克","高汤或清水 1碗","味噌 1大匙","味淋 2小匙","酱油 1/4小匙",
做法

1:以干锅小火炒牛脂至呈金棕色、油脂释出后下洋葱丁,炒至出水、成透明状后再下胡萝卜丁。

2:下蛋汁,稍微凝固后下白饭,随即不断翻炒直至水分收乾,续以胡椒、盐调味。起锅前洒上葱花、沿锅缘淋上材料B的酱油即可。

3:高汤或清水入锅中煮沸后加入味噌,以打蛋器搅散,续加入豆腐、海带芽,起锅前加入
