红玫瑰巧克力杯子蛋糕
材料
"低筋面粉 80g ","砂糖 80g ","奶油 60g ","蛋 2颗 ","可可粉 20g ","泡打粉 1/2茶匙 ","奶油乳酪 80g ","奶油 110g ","糖粉 80g ","盐 1小撮 ","水 20ml ",
做法

1: 低筋面粉,可可粉和泡打粉混合均匀过筛,奶油溶化备用;蛋白打发到有点硬的状态加入2/3糖继续打发到白亮

2:蛋黄加入剩下的砂糖打发之后拌入打发蛋白里

3:把步骤1的所有粉料加入步骤2轻轻拌匀成面糊状再加上溶化的奶油拌匀

4:将面糊加入纸模中八分满

5:放进烤箱用180度烤20分钟,烤好了放凉之后就可以开始装饰囉

6:乳酪糖霜做法为将奶油和盐放到搅拌机中再分次放入糖粉和水快速搅打至糖霜轻盈蓬松这样完成了基础的奶油糖霜再加入奶油乳酪混合均匀即成特别的乳酪糖霜,用挤花袋挤奶油糖霜

7:放上事先做好的蛋白糖霜和翻糖的装饰,
