起司蕃茄烘蛋

材料

"鸡蛋 2颗","鲜奶 2大匙","厚片吐司 半片","洋葱 1/4颗","蕃茄 1颗","莴笋 适量","莴笋 适量","香菇 4朵","香菇 4朵","小蕃茄 3颗","小蕃茄 3颗","起司丝 适量","起司丝 适量","橄榄油 适量","橄榄油 适量","盐 适量","盐 适量","黑胡椒 适量","黑胡椒 适量","洋香菜叶 少许","洋香菜叶 少许",

做法

  1. 1:香菇切片、洋葱切丝、蕃茄将籽取出切丁(籽留着)备用

  2. 2:吐司烤后切成小方块备用

  3. 3:鸡蛋打散,加入蕃茄籽、鲜奶、少许盐搅拌均匀

    4:平底锅中放适量橄榄油,炒洋葱丝至呈透明,加入香菇炒香,再放入蕃茄丁拌炒,加盐跟黑胡椒调味,也可加点洋香菜叶

    5:倒入蛋液,用筷子戳刺,带表面略凝固后放上起司丝,盖锅盖以小火烘至蛋熟透

    6:起锅后依个人喜好放上莴苣、小蕃茄、吐司丁即可
