酸辣汤
材料
"豆腐 1块","鸭血 1块","笋丝 150g","红萝卜丝 150g","黒木耳 1大朵","猪肉丝 150g","鸡蛋 2颗","白醋 4T","胡椒粉 2T","酱油 3T","盐巴 少许","糖or鸡粉 1T","太白粉 4T","葱花or香菜末 适量","香油 适量","乌醋 适量"
做法

1:所有食材切成细丝 豆腐丝泡入水中备用猪肉先用1t酱油.太白粉.米酒抓醃一下鸡蛋打匀备用

2:锅中1T油炒红萝卜丝

3:接着放入笋丝.木耳丝拌炒

4:另准备一锅1500cc滚水 将炒好的料倒入放入鸭血丝.酱油 试味道下盐巴.糖调味 加白醋.胡椒粉(先用冷水调匀在倒入)慢慢倒入太白粉水勾芡 之后加豆腐丝.蛋液.猪肉丝 就可以关火了
