和风粉丝镶豆皮
材料
"美生菜 适量","芦笋 适量","香菇 5小朵","玉米罐头 1/2罐","鲔鱼罐头 1/2罐","火腿 1片","冬粉 1又1/2把","方型寿司豆皮 16片","水 2大匙","酱油 1大匙","盐 1小匙","胡椒粉 适量","咖哩粉 1大匙",
做法

1:芦笋洗净后将靠近根部处去皮、香菇和火腿切丁、鲔鱼罐头沥去油份、冬粉泡水后沥干切小段,美生菜洗净备用

2:平底锅少油热锅后,放入芦笋、玉米粒、香菇、火腿和鲔鱼肉均匀翻炒一下

3:再放入冬粉和调味料炒匀备用(调味料可视个人口味斟酌调整)

4:用手稍微按压豆皮沥去多余汤汁,轻轻打开豆皮口并由1/3处反折,塞入生菜和粉丝即可。
