什锦白菜烧
材料
"大白菜 1颗","小排骨 适量","碰皮(炸过ㄉ猪皮) 1包","雪白菇 1把","香菇 8朵","虾米 适量","红萝卜 少许","葱 1支","蒜头 3颗","辣椒 少量","味淋 1大匙","糖 少许","盐 1大匙","黑醋 1大匙",
做法

1:所有食材切成一致备用.

2:起油锅爆香蒜末.虾米.香菇炒到有香味

3:再加入葱段.红萝卜.炒香

4:将大白菜放入锅中略炒一下再倒入泡香菇ㄉ水.拌炒均匀盖上锅盖.

5:焖到白菜变软后加入碰皮.雪白菇.再将所有食材炒均匀.

6:最后放入排骨酥.略炒.加调味料.盖上锅盖闷5分钟.

7:起锅前可看汤汁多寡加入少许太白粉水勾芡.
