蚝油里肌
材料
"里肌肉 400g","鸿喜菇 1包","洋葱 200g","橄榄油 20cc","腌料:黑胡椒 1/2茶匙","腌料:薄盐酱油 35cc","腌料:太白粉 1茶匙","腌料:米酒 15cc","蚝油 20cc","清水 100cc",
做法

1:里肌肉洗净后剪成粗条状,取一密封盒放入里肌肉、里肌醃料搅拌均匀,放进冰箱醃一个晚上!

2:1. 洋葱切粗丝 2. 鸿喜菇切除底部, 用手拨离 3. 蠔油酱汁(蠔油+清水)调好

3:取一平底锅,倒入橄榄油,将里肌肉摊均匀, 转中大火...

4:将里肌煎至底部微焦再翻动... 约八分熟后即可取出备用!

5:续原锅,放入洋葱炒至闻到香味...

6:放入鸿喜菇炒至微软...

7:倒入蠔油酱汁稍微拌炒...

8:倒入里肌肉炒至汤汁稍收...

9:下黑胡椒,试咸淡?不够咸加盐,太咸加点水进来
