客家小炒
材料
"芹菜 4支","葱 10支","蒜 4颗","金勾虾 适量","蚝油 1大匙","干鱿鱼 半条","豆干 4块","辣椒 1根","胡椒盐 适量","盐 适量","糖 适量","米酒 2匙","五花肉 3/4条"
做法

1:金钩虾泡水,干鱿鱼泡水4个小时后清洗,切小条,先过一下滚水

2:2.三层肉切条状.豆干切细条.芹菜切段.葱切段. 蒜切片.

3:锅里放油先煸炒豆干到有点酥香黄色取出,

4:原锅放入三层肉煸熟出油.再放入鱿鱼.葱白,蒜片.辣椒,金勾虾.芹菜粗梗~要炒到鱿鱼有香气出来喔

5:放入豆干一起炒后.呛入蠔油,加入葱绿及芹菜细梗翻炒

6:少许糖.盐.葱段.胡椒粉炒香它,在锅边呛些米酒就好噜~
