材料
"牛肉 300g","秋葵 15根","大蒜 2瓣","酱油 1大匙","豆瓣酱 1/2大匙","酒 1大匙","水 1/3杯(80cc)","食用油 1大匙","米酒 2大匙","酱油 1大匙","糖 1/2大匙","香油 1小匙",
做法

1:牛肉片加入酱油,酒,糖,香油稍微醃一下

2:热锅倒入油,将蒜末炒出香气, 加入牛肉片炒至7分熟
