香菇肉羹汤
材料
"金针菇 1包","香菇 4~5朵","葱 2支","辣椒 1支","蒜头 3~4个","猪绞肉 酌量","洋葱 1/2个","鸡蛋 1个","葱花 1~2根","红萝卜切细末 适量","胡椒粉 少许","鸡粉 少许","胡麻油 2大匙","油 1小匙","水 酌量","太白粉 酌量","鸡粉 酌量","香油 少许"
做法

1:先准备处理好所有材料

2:准备一汤锅放入1小匙油爆香蒜末 然后依序爆香香菇丝ˊ葱白部份

3:完成所有爆香料后加入酌量的水煮滚

4:水滚后用手或汤匙将绞肉团舀一球状(或任何自己喜欢的形状)一一放入汤锅

5:再次煮滚煮熟透约3分钟左右ˊ然后做适当调味ˊ并用太白粉勾点薄芡

6:最后放入金针菇ˊ葱绿ˊ辣椒....洒上数滴香油就能熄火上桌囉~
