避风塘羊排

"羊排400g","蒜蓉100g","老抽1茶匙","生抽1汤匙","孜然粉1/2茶匙","调味盐1/2茶匙","亁辣椒1g","姜汁1茶匙","生粉1茶匙","鸡蛋1只","鸡粉1/2茶匙","白胡椒粉1/2茶匙","糖1/2茶匙"
做法

1:羊排切成块

2:将亁辣椒切碎

3:将老抽,生抽,孜然粉,姜汁,白胡椒粉和糖同羊排混合均匀

4:加入鸡蛋,腌制羊排30分钟
