"30克柴鱼片","50克干海苔","250毫升鱼汤","150克海苔卷","150克椰菜卷","150克豆竹","300克芝心鱼丸","100克白萝卜","酱料","1汤匙茄汁","1汤匙蒜蓉辣椒酱","1汤匙韩式豆瓣酱","1汤匙生粉","1汤匙糖","10克腐乳"
做法

1:白萝卜切大块

2:煮滚一锅水,加入柴鱼片和海苔

3:排走鲣鱼和海带清汤储备

4:添加到萝卜清汤,再加入豆腐鱼饼,鱼丸,紫菜卷和白菜卷

5:制作蘸酱,将鱼汤,糖,辣椒酱,豆瓣酱,茄汁和腐乳混合拌匀

6:生粉加1汤匙水,倒入酱汁内,煮至收汁

7:趁热食用,以蘸酱佐食
