韩式炸鸡
材料
"材料","鸡翼8-10只","腌料","盐2茶匙","白胡椒粉2茶匙","姜蓉1汤匙","酱汁","韩国辣椒酱¼杯","番茄酱¼杯","麻油1汤匙","豉油1汤匙","蒜头(刴碎) 2瓣","洋葱(去皮及切碎)半个","玉米糖浆¼杯","杏仁(切碎) 2汤匙","炸粉材料","玉米粉¼杯","糯米粉¼杯"
做法

1:用腌料腌鸡翼30分钟至1小时

2:除了杏仁及玉米糖浆,把其余的酱汁材料于大碗中混合。在平底镬里,以慢火煮酱汁。当酱汁变浓稠,离火后加入杏仁及玉米糖浆,拌匀后备用

3:把鸡翼扑上炸粉,放入已倒入滚油的平底镬内,以中低火煎炸。当鸡翼一面变金黄后,翻一次及煮至全熟

4:将鸡翼拌匀酱汁,即成!
