冬瓜焖排骨
材料
"200克排骨","200克冬瓜","2-3粒冬菇","2瓣蒜","5克姜","1汤匙磨豉酱","100毫升鸡汤","10克冰糖","猪肉腌料","1汤匙糖","1汤匙绍兴酒","2茶匙麻油","½茶匙胡椒粉","1茶匙豉油","1茶匙生粉"
做法

1:把排骨腌20-30分钟

2:把蒜及姜切片

3:把冬瓜籽及瓜皮除去,切成中等大小

4:烧热油镬,煎冬瓜至金黄,备用

5:在同一个平底镬,烧热油及爆香蒜和姜

6:放入排骨及煮至金黄

7:然后,放入磨豉酱、及鸡汤

8:盖上盖煮约15-20分钟
