酥炸云吞
材料
"1包云吞皮","20克法国葱","100克免治猪肉","200克虾仁","猪肉及虾仁腌料","1/2茶匙豉油","1/2茶匙糖","1/2茶匙盐","1/4茶匙白胡椒粉","1茶匙粟粉","1茶匙水","甜酸酱材料","3汤匙茄汁","2汤匙白醋","2汤匙糖","1/2茶匙喼汁","1/4茶匙盐","120毫升水","1茶匙粟粉 "
做法

1:将虾仁洗净沥干,用刀背把虾仁轻拍

2:然后刴烂成虾胶

3:将虾胶、法国葱及免治猪肉放入搅拌碗内拌匀,然后加入腌料腌15-20分钟

4:用匙羮或筷子把大约1汤匙的馅料包入云吞皮中央

5:用手往上一揸,将云吞皮连馅向内合拢,并将开口扭一扭,黏实开口,重复步骤2-3直至所有馅料用完

6:把油滚热,加入云吞炸至呈金黄色

7:然后把云吞放在厨房纸上吸油

8:制作甜酸酱:将甜酸酱的所有材料加入搅拌碗中拌匀

9:然后倒入平底镬,慢慢煮热,期间不停搅拌直至酱汁浓稠,倒入酱料碟

10:云吞上碟即可享用
