菜脯萝卜糕
材料
"萝卜600克","粘米粉80克","粟粉20克","红葱头2个","腊肠1条","冬菇2只","虾米20克","菜脯30克","芫茜10克(刴碎装饰用)","清鸡汤150毫升","糖1茶匙","盐1茶匙","白胡椒粉1茶匙","芝麻1茶匙 "
做法

1:红葱头切碎

2:用水浸泡冬菇至软身,冬菇及腊肠切粒

3:用水浸泡虾米至软身,刴碎

4:洗净菜脯,用水浸泡20分钟,切粒

5:萝卜削皮刨成条

6:粘米粉及粟粉混和,加入清鸡汤拌匀至没有粉粒

7:腊肠加入平底锅炒至出油,然后加入红葱头煮香

8:加入冬菇,虾米及菜脯煮2-3分钟,放在一旁备用

9:把萝卜条加入同一平底锅,煮至萝卜软腍

10:以盐、糖及胡椒粉调味,冬菇、虾米及菜脯回锅,拌匀

11:慢慢把粉浆加入萝卜糊内,熄火,搅拌至萝卜浓稠

12:蒸盘扫上油,倒入粉浆

13:蒸45分钟至1小时至熟透

14:最后洒上芫茜及芝麻,趁热享用
