姜烧肉片炒菠菜
材料
"菠菜400克","梅头肉200克","红萝卜1/2个","蒜头2瓣","姜20克","绍兴酒1汤匙","盐1/2茶匙","糖1茶匙","麻油1茶匙","猪肉腌料:","姜汁2汤匙","绍兴酒1汤匙","粟粉1茶匙","豉油1茶匙","白胡椒粉1/4茶匙 "
做法

1:洗净菠菜,并切去根部

2:猪肉切片,加入腌料腌20分钟

3:刴碎姜及蒜头

4:红萝卜削皮并切片

5:高火烧热平底锅,落油,炒猪肉4-5分钟直至呈金黄色

6:上碟放在一旁备用

7:姜蓉及蒜蓉加入同一平底锅,炒香

8:加入菠菜及红萝卜,煮至菠菜软腍

9:猪肉回锅,并煮至熟透

10:以绍兴酒,盐及糖调味,最后洒上麻油
