玉米炒猪腩片
材料
"猪腩片200克","玉米粒50克","西芹1条","红萝卜½个","黑芝麻1茶匙","盐及胡椒粉 适量","猪肉腌料:","生抽1汤匙","味淋1汤匙","姜蓉1茶匙","砂糖1茶匙","麻油1茶匙 "
做法

1:将生抽丶味醂丶麻油丶姜蓉及砂糖拌匀

2:加入猪腩片拌匀腌味15分钟

3:将西芹及红萝卜切粒

4:用中火烧热锅,加少许油,加入猪腩片炒至半熟,盛起备用

5:用中高火烧热另一个锅,加少许油,加入西芹,红萝卜及粟米粒炒至软身

6:加入猪腩片翻炒

7:加入盐及胡椒粉调味

8:上碟,洒少许芝麻即成
