红袍银鳕鱼
材料
"银鳕鱼 2块","柠檬 1/2个","红剁椒 30克","姜 20克","蒜 2瓣","小葱 2根","黄油 15克","料酒 1汤匙","醋 1/2汤匙","生粉 1茶匙","砂糖 1/2茶匙","鱼子 20克","罗勒 2朵","盐 适量","黑胡椒 适量"
做法

1:鳕鱼洗净切块;柠檬榨汁;姜去皮切末;蒜切末;小葱切末;

2:鳕鱼撒上柠檬汁、盐、黑胡椒腌制20分钟;

3:取一个锅,中火融化黄油,煎鳕鱼至两面金黄,装盘;

4:热油锅,爆香姜末、蒜末、红剁椒,加入料酒、醋、水、生粉、砂糖、盐,大火烧开,放入小葱,搅拌均匀,淋在装好盘的鳕鱼上;

5:放上鱼籽,罗勒叶装饰,即成。
