盐曲咖喱牛腩
材料
"牛腩(切件) 500克","洋葱 1个","西红柿 1个","胡萝卜 1个","土豆(小) 2个","月桂叶 1块","肉桂棒1根","蒜头 2瓣","姜 20克","盐曲适量","咖喱调味料:","咖喱粉 1汤匙","黄姜粉 1汤匙","红椒粉 1汤匙","孜然粉 1茶匙","香菜籽粉 1茶匙"
做法

1:将蒜头及姜切成末

2:洋葱、胡萝卜、西红柿及土豆切件

3:将牛腩加入2汤匙盐曲腌30分钟

4:准备一个碗,加入咖喱粉、黄姜粉、红椒粉、孜然粉及香菜籽粉拌匀

5:中高火烧热锅,加少许油,将牛腩煎至金黄,盛起备用

6:用同一个锅,加少许油,炒香蒜头、姜、洋葱及红萝卜

7:加入咖喱混合物,拌匀

8:加入牛腩、土豆、月桂叶、肉桂及适量水煮开

9:转中火,盖上盖煮1小时

10:加入西红柿再煮30分钟直至酱汁浓稠

11:加入适量盐曲及胡椒粉调味
