烤蒜香西红柿三明治配南瓜芝士酱
材料
"百吉面包圈 4个","西红柿 2个","蒜头(去皮) 1个","新鲜百里香 1根","酸青瓜 适量","橄榄油 适量","盐及黑胡椒 适量","南瓜奶酪酱材料:","南瓜(去皮切粒) 80克","奶油奶酪(软化) 80克","砂糖 2汤匙","肉桂粉 1茶匙"
做法

1:将南瓜蒸至变软后放凉

2:将奶油奶酪、南瓜、砂糖及肉桂粉拌匀,放入冷藏1小时

3:西红柿切成2厘米厚片,焗盘上放上烘焙纸,然后放上西红柿

4:将蒜头稍微压碎,放在西红柿上,洒上百里香、盐、黑胡椒及橄榄油

5:放入烤炉烤30-45分钟直至西红柿汁烤至金黄色

6:将百吉圈打横切半,抹上南瓜奶酪酱

7:放上西红柿、酸青瓜,即成
