三色烘蛋 [泰山橄榄油]
材料
"泰山冷压有机橄榄油 2-3匙","蛋 4颗","绿花椰菜切小朵 1/4颗","绿巨人玉米粒 3-5匙","红甜椒切丁 1/5颗","起司片切丁 1片","香菜切末 少许","太白粉 1/4杯","水 半杯","盐 1匙","酱油 少许","黑胡椒粉 少许"

2: 将食材及调味料加入碗里搅拌均匀,再加入调好的太白粉水再拌匀..

3: 中小火起油锅,倒入橄榄油后,即可将作法2倒入..此时把火再调小一点点..盖上锅盖,烘5-10分钟,先用筷子把蛋皮翻起来看,蛋皮若是略显金黄色,,就可以翻面再烘3-5分钟..然后就完成囉!!
