客家小炒

材料

"五花肉丝 100g","豆干 2~3块(切片)","葱 1~2根(切段)","蒜头 3瓣(切末)","芹菜 1~2根(切段)","干鱿鱼 适量(剪成丝)","辣椒 1/2根","酱油 1.5大匙","米酒 1大匙"

做法

  1. step1

    1: 热锅放油,下葱段、蒜末(要记得加)及干鱿鱼丝,煸炒爆香

  2. step2

    2: 下肉丝及辣椒炒至肉变色,继续放豆干片及酱油、米酒拌炒

  3. step3

    3: 最后下芹菜,稍微再炒一下,就可起锅了
