鱼香肉丝[淬酿决胜料理]
材料
"肉丝 半斤","小酸笋 4-5支","干木耳 4-5朵","大蒜 2个","姜 适量","葱 1支","油 适量","淬酿露酱油 2大T","香油 少许","太白粉 1大T","胡椒粉 少许","淬酿酱油露 1大T","辣豆辨酱 1大T","米酒 1大T","盐 适量","胡椒粉 适量","水 半杯"
做法

1: 1.干木耳洗净泡软切成丝

2: 2.小酸笋切成丝,葱切成葱花,姜和大蒜切成细未

3: 3.肉丝放入醃料醃要炒前再加入太白粉抓均,这样炒起来的肉会嫩

4: 4.起油锅放入醃好的肉丝炒到变色后捞起备用

5: 5.爆香姜未、蒜未及辣豆辨酱后再放入酸笋丝翻炒一下

6: 6.接着加入干木耳丝及其他调味料拌炒一下

7: 7.加入水用小火闷煮到汤汁略为收干

8: 8.最后放入肉丝用大火快炒

9: 9.起锅前撒点胡椒粉将和葱花即可
