山针海味柴鱼花拌面
材料
"池上手作米面条 250g","台东原色金针 15g","甜豆䇲 70g","蛤 15颗","透抽 1条","青葱 2根","蒜 2-3瓣","红萝卜 50g","沙拉油 适量","九层塔 适量","柴鱼花 适量","辣椒 少许","酱油 2大匙","素蚝油 2大匙","米酒 1大匙","糖 1大匙","乌醋 1大匙","金针与甜豆䇲汆烫后的汤汁 130ml"
做法

1: 准备好所有食材,青葱、蒜、辣椒切末,红萝卜切丝,原色金针去蒂,甜豆䇲去蒂拔丝,蛤吐沙后洗净,透抽洗净切成圈圈状

2: 取一锅将原色金针、甜豆䇲汆烫后(可加点盐)捞起备用,汆烫后的水留着备用

3: 热锅,倒入蒜末、葱白爆香

4: 加入甜豆䇲、原色金针、红萝卜丝翻炒

5: 加入蠔油、酱油、糖、金针与甜豆䇲汆烫后的汤汁与锅内食材一起烧开

6: 再将蛤、透抽倒入,淋上米酒继续翻炒,最后加入乌醋翻炒均匀

7: 一旁取一大锅将水煮滚后,放入手作米面条煮至熟软

8: 将面条沥干后,倒入步骤翻炒均匀,起锅前加入葱绿、九层塔叶、柴鱼花搅拌均匀
