『醉』好吃海鲜炖饭

"A5IH智慧感应炉 1台","22公分铸铁椭圆锅 1口","白米(泡水2小时) 1杯","洋葱末 10g","洋菇 20g","培根片末 1片","起司粉 1大匙","蒜片 10g","九层塔 5g","蛤蜊 5粒","明虾 5尾","北海道大干贝 5颗","中巻片 5片","橄榄油 1大匙","海盐 1小匙","白酒 2大匙","黑胡椒 1小匙"
做法

1: 橄榄油倒入锅中,再放培根末、洋葱、洋菇炒香

2: 再将白虾头切下放入锅内,再下蛤蜊、蒜片、白米拌炒,蛤蜊打开后取出

3: 倒入1杯水、白酒盖上锅盖转小火炖煮,10分钟后再下白虾仁、中卷拌熟,再将九层塔切末拌入,再撒入海盐、黑胡椒拌匀即可
