椰香鸡肉麻糬球『维力炸酱』
材料
"糯米粉 110g","树薯粉 25g","椰香粉 20g","优酪乳或牛奶 50g","帕玛森起司粉 10g","糖 10g","无盐奶油 25g","蛋 1个","玉米粒 适量","黑芝麻 10g","鸡腿肉 100g","红萝卜 1个","葱 1根","义大利香料 适量","维力炸酱 1大匙"
做法

1: 准备食材

2: 奶油隔水加热融化,或用烤箱,微波炉加热融化备用

3: 鸡腿肉切丁,葱切碎,加入义大利香料与维力炸酱,醃半小时入味

4: 热油锅放入鸡肉丁炒,鸡腿肉含油质,不必再放油,炒熟后备用

5: 糯米粉,树薯粉过筛后,加入蛋,黑芝麻,黑芝麻,起司粉等搅拌混合一起

6: 混和均匀揉成面团,每个面团约40g

7: 压扁面团成圆扁状,包入炒熟的鸡肉丁与玉米粒,再揉成小圆球

8: 烤箱预热后放入,160度烘烤25分钟
