台式排骨便当
材料
"ECO-ONE 1组","釜锅(2杯) 1组","米酒 1大匙","酱油 1大匙","五香粉 1小匙","黑胡椒 1小匙","糖 1匙","地瓜粉 1大匙","地瓜丁 50g","带骨猪排(切片) 1片","绿花椰菜 150g","白花椰菜 150g","红萝卜片 20g","杏鲍菇片 30g","葱段 10g","姜末 10g","蒜末 5g","白米 1杯","盐巴 1茶匙","胡椒盐 1小匙"
做法

1: 先将白米、地瓜放入釜锅,再倒入1米杯又1格水入锅,加盖焖煮

2: 再取猪排拍打断筋,再取调味料、蒜末拌入抓醃,再下A4平盘用少油量煎香即可撒胡椒盐

3: 取炒锅下少油再下姜末、葱段炒香,再下红萝卜片,杏鲍菇、花椰菜、塩巴和少量水,加盖焖煮至熟透

4: 最后将菜、排骨、饭、排入便当盒即可
