材料
"午鱼 2条","青椒 1/4颗","黄椒 1/4颗","红椒 1/4颗","洋葱 1/4颗","红萝卜片 5-6片","醍醐酱油 2大匙","香菇素蚝油 1大匙","黑醋 1茶匙","水 3大匙","绍兴酒 1大匙","二砂糖 1大匙","青葱 2支"

1: 备料

2: 起三大匙油将鱼干煎至两面金黄上色取出备用

3: 锅内留1大匙油炒香洋葱.葱白及红萝卜片

4: 倒入酱汁

5: 再放入煎过午鱼入锅烧至入味后再将鱼取出

6: 放入红黄青椒及葱绿煮熟后铺在鱼上
