材料
"汉光珍品筊白笋切丝 1包","猪里肌肉丝切丝 200g","根红萝卜切丝 1/2根","黑木耳切丝 2片","红甜椒切丝 1/2个","黄甜椒切丝 1个","【醃肉料】盐 1/4小匙","【醃肉料】太白粉 一小匙","【醃肉料】白胡椒 1/4小匙","【醃肉料】料酒 1大匙","【其他】大蒜拍扁切碎 2片"
做法

1: 肉加入醃肉料,抓拌一下,醃十分钟

2: 锅中热一大匙油,放入大蒜稍炒后,放入猪肉丝炒至八分熟,铲出备用,接着放入胡萝卜和木耳稍炒

3: 放入主角─筊白笋丝
