营养时蔬炒饭
材料
"洋葱 1颗","红萝卜 1条","三色青椒 适量","高丽菜 3片","蒜苗 适量","玉米 1根","葱 适量","蛋 1颗","香菇 2朵","绞肉 适量","菜圃 适量","糙米 1杯","绿花椰 适量"
做法

1: 热油锅后,依序炒红萝卜,洋葱,三色青椒,玉米, 蒜苗, 及先用盐脱水的高丽菜,加少量盐及白胡椒粉调味后盛起备用

2: 烧一锅热水,加盐后,将绿花椰川烫至熟后,盛起备用

3: 热油锅后,炒香已先泡水并切成丝的干香菇,接着加入绞肉和菜圃,炒熟后加酱油调味,盛起备用

4: 热油锅后,转小火,将蛋液倒入,6分熟后,将葱花及煮熟闷熟的糙米倒入,转大火快炒并加些许酱油调味

5: 将步骤1,2,3的食材加入4,拌炒均匀,即可盛盘享用囉!!
