杏鲍菇瓜仔肉燥
材料
"绞肉 半斤","杏鲍菇 1根","罐头脆瓜 1/2罐","蒜末 2小匙","白胡椒粉 1小匙","调味-酱油 1大匙","调味-米酒 1/2大匙","调味-糖 1小匙","调味-脆瓜酱汁 1/2罐","调味-开水 1/2大匙"
做法

1: 杏鲍菇切块状,脆瓜切碎备用。热锅干炒绞肉至出油约7分熟。

2: 加入蒜末拌炒。

3: 加所有调味料,胡椒粉及杏鲍菇,煮滚后盖上锅盖,转小火继续闷煮约5分钟,就完成囉~
