【芋头&萝卜】糕
材料
"在来米粉 300g","芋头 330g","绞肉 80g","白萝卜 540g","香菇 20g","清水❶ 3.5米杯","清水❷ 3.5米杯","红葱酥 半杯","虾米 35g","盐 1/2小匙","五香粉 1/4小匙","鲜鸡晶 1大匙","白胡椒粉 1/2小匙"
做法

1: 芋头削皮,切小块,白萝卜刨丝,香菇泡发后切细丁,虾米泡软备用

2: 在来米粉加清水❶3.5米杯水搅匀

3: 起油锅,依续将绞肉、香菇、虾米炒香

4: 最后倒入所有的芋头、调味料,加清水❷3.5米杯水将芋仔炒8分熟

5: 将萝卜丝倒入作法⑷炒软

6: 将作法⑸ 倒入作法⑵之粉浆里搅拌均匀

7: 取一内锅铺上「年糕纸」,然后徐徐倒入粿浆

8: 将作法⑺移入电锅,外锅加3杯水蒸,电源跳开后续闷20分钟即「完美作成」
