泰式鸡腿排凉面
材料
"去骨鸡腿排 1片","米酒 1小匙","盐 少许","白胡椒 少许","白芝麻 少许","小黄瓜 适量","蕃茄 适量","面条 适量","蒜末 1小匙","柠檬汁 1大匙","糖 1大匙","鱼露 1/2大匙","香油 1/2大匙","酱油 0.5~1大匙"
做法

1: 去骨鸡腿排以米酒.塩.白胡椒醃10分钟后,锅中不放油,鸡皮朝下煎至出油,翻面盖锅盖续煎至两面金黄色熟透,先盛起备用

2: 把泰式酱汁拌匀,小黄瓜及蕃茄切成大丁. 面煮至喜爱的Q度后捞起沥干,加入小黄瓜、蕃茄丁淋上一半的泰式酱汁拌匀

3: 鸡腿排切块摆上,淋上剩余的泰式酱汁,洒上白芝麻即可享用!
