塔香海鲜炖饭

"鲜奶 1大匙","白饭 2碗","橄榄油 1小匙","米酒 1大匙","九层塔 适量","酱油 1小匙","透抽 1尾","姜末 适量","蒜末 适量","辣椒末 适量","糖 1小匙","蛤蛎 15颗","虾仁 15尾",
做法

1: 先准备食材:白饭、海鲜、鲜奶、调味材料...

2: 将姜末&蒜末一起爆香后

3: 依序加入海鲜(蛤蛎、透抽圈、虾仁)拌炒,再淋上鲜奶、米酒、糖煮滚,至海鲜成8分熟后

4: 放入九层塔&辣椒末拌炒
