"再来米粉 50克","地瓜粉 90克","太白粉 1大匙","冷冰 200ml","热水 200ml","香菜 20克","油葱酥 1.5大匙","猪绞肉 250克","柴鱼粉 1小匙","胡椒粉 少许","盐 少许","酱油膏 3大匙","海山酱 3大匙","味噌 1大匙","糖 1大匙","水 适量"
做法

1: 取一容器,加入再来米粉、地瓜粉、太白粉、冷水(200ml)一起拌匀备用,烧一锅热水(200ml),将粉浆倒入锅中,快速拌匀成浓稠状,即可关火...

2: 将绞肉加入内馅食材,拌匀成有黏稠性即可...

3: 取小碟子刷上少许油,手沾水放上一层厚厚粉浆,再放上肉馅(将肉馅往内压),用手指在碟边绕一圈,取出肉圆即可...

4: 将肉圆放入电锅中蒸20分钟..(材料部份,一共可做6颗,分二层蒸熟...)
