猪肉井饭[小心上瘾]
材料
"五花猪肉片 300g","洋葱 1颗","生姜 1块","清水 2杯","柴鱼粉 1小匙","米酒 3大匙","盐 1/2小匙","薄盐酱油 2大匙","酱油膏 2大匙","砂糖 3大匙","海苔香松 适量"
做法

1: 猪肉洗净,洋葱切丝备用,生姜去皮磨成泥备用

2: 平底锅放入水烧滚,放入调味料A及配料洋葱煮至变软

3: 放入猪肉片盖上盖子闷煮

4: 煮5~8分钟,拌入佐料姜泥再次煮滚1分钟配料

5: 淋在白饭上,撒上调味料B即可享用
