做法

1: 虾仁洗净去泥肠切丁,韭菜青葱切末 切碎绞肉加盐打至粘黏,加虾仁丁及韭菜葱花及蒜酥,加入调味料拌匀

2: 将烧卖片2片中间包入2,将边捏紧入蒸锅蒸熟约8分钟
